about the leg cramps

I’m low-energy and more receptive than normal, so I’m doing more reading than writing today. It’s OK. Reading is the writer’s happy tax. Among my flip-through texts of the day were two encyclopedias of natural healing I keep around, both quite heavy on the actual reading and quoting from JAMA. I was looking for flea-bite remedies for a friend, but came across a passage on leg cramps.

I’ve been stretching, ate some bananas, and did discover I seem to have an electrolyte imbalance that fruit juice fixes nicely. I also found, upon reading these passages that there’s a good chance taking some extra Vitamin E can really help the problem, and is believed to do so for both sleeping and waking Charley horses. I can get the E cheap at Target and since I’m on a “wean off” of melatonin month, picking it up makes sense. I’ve used them for so much stuff that doesn’t involve ingestion…
